For this project, the design needed to include a specific number of rooms along with an additional space within the building. I chose to create a spa in the basement, which would serve hotel guests while also being accessible to the public. This dual purpose adds value to the hotel and enhances the overall guest experience.

Additionally, I incorporated a theater room, strategically designed to include extra space that wouldn’t typically be allocated for a guest room. This feature aims to attract visitors and provide an engaging entertainment option, making the hotel more appealing. By integrating these elements, I aimed to create a well-rounded facility that caters to both relaxation and entertainment, enriching the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
